Water woes escalate as taps run dry across Delhi
Residents of the national Capital had a tough time on Tuesday as taps across parts of the city including the Parliament went virtually dry. The reason - massive amounts of ammonia and chloride are dumped into the Yamuna from factories in Haryana. The Environment Minister has offered to mediate between both the states to break the deadlock.
