Wayanad Landslides | CPI(M) MP John Brittas On Wayanad Landslides: "Declare It A National Disaster"
CPI(M) MP John Brittas, speaking in the Rajya Sabha today during the ongoing Budget session, demanded that the landslides in Kerala's Wayanad be declared a National Disaster. He also claimed that Kerala saw 60% of the total landslides in India during the last seven years.
