We Are Having Global Reflation: Kenneth Rogoff
"There has been this theme here (WEF) in the last many years that growth is going to be low forever… I have been saying no! When you a deep financial crisis like we had in 2008, it takes a decade to come out of it. I think, that is happening. We are having a global reflation," said Kenneth Rogoff, Professor, Harvard University, at the World Economic Forum, Davos.
