"We Could Have Averted Joshimath Disaster Had Government Listened": Activist
"We have been advising the government for 14 months. We could have averted this disaster had the government listened to us... We had even told the government to consider the findings of the committee we formed," Atul Sati, activist, said when asked the comment on the brewing Joshimath disaster.
