"We are dealing with cases like this every day. I have seen 18-month-old girls drenched in acid. The objective is to bring back eyesight and the will to carry on," Laxmi Agarwal, acid attack survivor and the main inspiration behind a Bollywood film, said when asked what went through her mind when she heard about the attack on a 17-year-old in Delhi.
