Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh refused to comment on the deadly hospital bombing in Gaza that killed 500 people but said the US expects Israel to uphold the law of war. "I'm aware of the reports but I don't have anything to offer further at this time," Ms Singh said. "I don't know who is responsible, we don't know all the facts and I'm sure as we learn more that will inform conversations."
