Nobel prize winner child rights activist Kailash Satyarthi said that many people, who had illegally employed children, might have deserted them and run away due to the lockdown.
"This pandemic in India is affecting children's lives in many different and even more dangerous ways. One terrible fallout of the lockdown is that many employers who had illegally employed children as labour have just abandoned and deserted the children and runaway because they were scared that they would be caught. what's happening to those poor children now?" he said
