Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed BJP members at the party's headquarters in Delhi following its huge win Uttar Pradesh. The victory had emboldened the BJP's resolve to work for the poor and the downtrodden, he said. "It also gives me courage to repeat a line they misunderstood earlier: We may make mistakes, but our intent is never wrong," he said.
