Former Foreign Secretary and India's Ambassador to USA, Nirupama Rao, joined the #RebuildingLives telethon where she stressed on the need to help and support the millions of people who have been displaced due to the COVID-19 crisis. She says that these migrant workers are in search of refuge and security and we must come forward to do our bit.
