Hours after Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke out on the wave of lynchings targeting minorities across the country, yet another man was lynched in the name of cow protection. The phenomenon of lynching, unfortunately, is not new to the country but the growing spate of killings and mob violence by the so-called cow vigilantes has instilled a sense of fear in the country's minorities.
