Thomas Varghese, CEO of Aditya Birla Retail, says it is heartening to see some movement on the FDI in multi-brand retail front. He adds that many international retailers won't welcome Committee of Secretaries' recommendation that foreign investors have to invest at least $100 million to set up multi-brand retail operations in India.
