Weak global markets slam Sensex below 10K
The Sensex is trading well below the 10000 mark today after world markets suffered another heavy sell-off on increasing concerns about global economic recession. The Nifty slipped below 3000 for the first time since July 2006. It is trading at 2955 levels, 109 points lower.
