India has seen film stars become parliamentarians before - some who join politics after they retire from the stardom and some who are nominated to Rajya Sabha. The two actor-turned-politicians participated in the recently concluded Lok Sabha polls at the prime of their career and were elected to Parliament through a bitterly fought election. Shekhar Gupta speaks to the young parliamentarians of the Trinamool Congress about their sense of humour, their party leader Mamata Banerjee and the politically charged situation in West Bengal.
