WFI President Sanjay Singh Blames Vinesh Phogat's Support Staff For Her Disqualification
Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Sanjay Singh has requested the Indian government to punish all those who are responsible for Vinesh Phogat's disqualification from Olympics 2024. Notably, wrestler Vinesh was set to compete in the women's freestyle 50kg final but she was disqualified hours before the bout as she weighed 100 grams above the limit for the category. Sanjay Singh blamed Vinesh's support staff for her disqualification.
