Congress Leader Abhishek Singhvi on Monday expressed dismay after BJP Leader Mukesh Dalal won the Surat Lok Sabha seat without contesting in the election. While addressing the press in Delhi, he explained the sequence of events that happened. "I have never heard it earlier, I narrated the story of James Bond to the election commission. Dour Contestants of the Congress Party said that this was not their signature. Every candidate from Surat withdrew," said Abhishek Singhvi.
