What Is TCS 25/25 Work Model?
India's biggest IT services company in terms of revenue, the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has opened the doors of its offices for all employees to return. The move comes at a time when COVID-19 cases are slowly declining in the country, with the lowest number of active coronavirus cases in over 500 days. As per TCS 25/25 model, by 2025, 25% of workforce will work from office at any time. Employees will not need to spend more than 25% of their time at work. It is being said that TCS needs only 25% of their workforce to be in office (cumulatively) to achieve an overall 100% productivity. But will the 25/25 hybrid work-model work?
