What Sri Lankan Minster Said On China's Alleged "Debt Trap"
State Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka Tharaka Balasuriya spoke to NDTV's Sonia Singh about China's alleged "debt trap" and said no country had forced them to take a loan. He also said other countries can't be blamed for the economic disasters in Sri Lanka.
