What Supreme Court Advocate Said On Landmark Ruling For 32 Former Air Force Women Officers
"We have lost a lot because reinstatement was the main thing. Some of the earliest commissioned officers have got what they had been seeking: not reinstatement but pension," said Supreme Court advocate Chitrangada Rastravara on the landmark judgement by the Supreme Court in which 32 women who have been fighting for the right to serve the Indian Air Force for more than their Short Service Commission tenure of five years have been granted full pension.
