Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal speaks to NDTV about the current Covid crisis in India and says, "It is unfortunate that the government is caught napping, they never made any preparations for the second wave." Mr Sibal slammed the Centre's response to the oxygen shortage in the country adding that "It is important to ensure that there is enough oxygen for all Covid-19 patients in the country."
