Who is Wazir's Daanish Ali? Farhan Answers
Farhan Akhtar, who plays cop Daanish Ali in Bejoy Nambiar's Wazir said that his character is "a very straightforward person, who loves his family." But the film starts with an incident that leaves him emotionally drained. Eventually he meets Panditji, played by Amitabh Bachchan, and the story takes an interesting turn then onwards. Directed by Bejoy Nambiar, Wazir opens on January 8.
