The murder of 7-year-old Pradyuman Thakur in a leading school in Gurgaon and the rape of a 5-year-old in a school in Delhi are reminders that amidst us are sick, depraved individuals who prey on our children. Today, its frightening to be a parent, in not knowing whether its safe to be sending your child to school. Who is responsible for protecting our kids? Is it just the school administration?
