Congress leader Sanjay Jha says it is time for the Congress to take a look at "why is it allowing this to happen to itself time and again" with the party likely to draw a blank in Delhi again, after 2015. "I have a very simple logic. You know when the elections are going to take place. This was not a mid-term, no surprises, not abrupt. You know what you are up against," he tells NDTV.
