'Why New Interlocutor, What About 2010 Report': Farooq Abdullah On New Kashmir Talks

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah remains skeptical about the new dialogue process announced by centre for the state. Speaking to NDTV, he said that appointing an interlocutor doesn't serve any purpose as the report of previous Kashmir interlocutors are still lying in the cold storage.
