The Congress' Anand Sharma led the opposition charge on the NDA government's foreign policy in the Rajya Sabha after Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj offered to hear the lawmakers express their views all day. She also promised to respond to every question that was put to her but Ms Swaraj made it clear that she, and not Prime Minister Narendra Modi, would respond.
