Will BCCI Listen To Lodha Panel Or Go Katju Way?
The Lodha Panel has given the BCCI time till October 15 to implement 15 of its proposals at a meeting. This after the BCCI's legal advisor, Justice Markandey Katju, released a report saying that the Supreme Court verdict is unconstitutional and illegal and advised the BCCI to file a review plea. Tonight on Agenda, we speak to Justice Katju on why he thinks the Lodha committee recommendations are bogus and not legally binding on the BCCI.
