JC Sharma, MD of Sobha Developers spoke to NDTV Profit on its Q3 result announcement. He said that the company is well on its course to exceed its annual guidance of selling more than 3 million square feet. It has currently sold 2.42 million square feet in the first 9 months of the financial year.
