Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, re-elected with a decisive majority in the assembly elections, spoke to NDTV as results came in on Thursday. With the BJP winning a second term at the centre as well as 8 of the 21 Lok Sabha seats in the state in parliamentary elections held simultaneously, the Biju Janata Dal leader said he was open to "constructive cooperation" for Odisha's development but that did not mean his support to the BJP was a given.
