Will probe whether ISRO withheld information: Sibal
"A probe will examine why the Cabinet did not know the details of the ISRO-Devas deal," Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal told NDTV. The deal has embarrassed the government since the contract has not been cancelled even though it was deemed faulty by departments within the government nearly a year ago.
