Former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah says he is confident that the ruling JDS-Congress coalition will win the trust vote to be held after a debate that begins on Thursday morning. Karnataka has been plunged into a political crisis with the loss of the support of 18 lawmakers from the state government - and the BJP saying the government was in a minority and had lost the moral right to rule. Siddaramaiah spoke to NDTV's Maya Sharma after a meeting with different party leaders to decide the schedule for the vote. He was full of smiles as he said he was confident that the coalition would win the numbers game.
