But it seems the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation has no money for these patients afflicted with a disease that brings with it social stigma. The leprosy patients at Mumbai's Acworth Hospital have no choice but to tend to each other's wounds, sweep and mop the floors of the hospital and even water the plants. All this because the hospital has practically no staff.
