With the threat India faces, it needs a counter terrorism body: Chidambaram
Addressing the media after the meeting of chief ministers on the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Home Minister P Chidambaram today said that the Centre will look into the concerns of the states on locating the NCTC in the Intelligence Bureau and its operational powers even in exceptional circumstances before it decides to operationalize the counter-terror body.
