With US Exit, Is The World Close To Losing The Battle Against Climate Change?
It's been a week of bad news related to climate and environment. Within an hour of entering the Oval Office, US President Trump lead US' exit from the Paris Accord, throwing weaker nations into great jeopardy since there will not be enough climate funds to aid the transition towards carbon commitments. Cop's $300 billion dollar by 2035 pledge now is all up in the air. But the fact is climate challenges are not unique to developing nations. And the recent wildfires in America bear testimony to this.
