Wockhardt and DBS may opt for out-of-court settlement
NDTV has learnt from sources that DBS and Wockhardt may even opt for an out of court settlement over the outstanding working capital loans. Wockhardt sources say the DBS top brass had come down to Mumbai and had met Mr Khorakiwala to explore ways.
