Women's Quota Bill To Divert Attention From Caste Census: Rahul Gandhi
The Women's Reservation Bill is a "diversionary tactic" to move away from the topic of caste census as the quota for women in the parliament and assemblies will be implemented only a decade later, said Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
