Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal says: "I have cast my vote, you (Delhi residents) also need to go out and vote." He says the last time, Delhi residents improved the condition of schools, hospitals, roads, electricity through their votes. "Women should also go out and vote.. they know how a household works. Talk to the men in the house and tell them which party to vote for... which party is helping you run your household."
