Work Starts On School After Kashmir Girl's Appeal To PM
Sheerat Naaz, a Class 3 student of the Government High School in Lohai in Jammu and Kashmir shared a video of the poor condition of her school's infrastructure on Social Media and appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to do something about it. The Prime Minister's Office took note of the video and replied to Sheerat, promising action. Following this the Union Territory's Education Department swung into action. (Video credit: PTI)
