World's Most Expensive Mango "Miyazaki" Showcased In Siliguri Mango Festival

"Miyazaki", world's most expensive mango, was showcased at the Mango Festival in Siliguri. The mango - known for its colour and price -  attracted the attention of people across the state. "Miyazaki" is priced at around Rs 2.75 lakh per kg in the international market. The three-day-long 7th edition of the Mango festival kicked off on Friday at a mall in Siliguri. It was organised by Modella Caretaker Centre & School (MCCS), with Association for Conservation & Tourism (ACT). Apart from Miyazaki, more than 262 varieties of mangoes were displayed and 55 growers from nine districts of West Bengal participated in the festival.
