Worst Terror Attack On Army In 17 Years: How Should India Respond?
India woke up this morning to the news of a terrorist attack at an army installation in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla. 4 heavily armed terrorists entered the army base in Uri near the Line of Control. 17 soldiers were killed, over 30 injured in what has been described as one of the biggest attacks ever on the army. The big question now is how will India respond? Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said those behind the attack wont't go unpunished while the Home Minister has directly blamed Pakistan calling it a terrorist state. So what are India's options? And what does this mean for India-Pakistan ties which are already in a deep freeze?
