Year 2012-13 good or bad for realty sector?
As the financial year comes to an end, we take a detour to look back at the ups and downs the realty sector saw during the year. Experts, Lalit Kumar Jain, national president at CREDAI, Anshuman Magazine, chief managing director of CBRE for South Asia region, and Sunil Mantri, chief managing director of Mantri Realty, give mixed opinions about the year. Where on one hand there were a few right policy moves on affordable homes, also there were many expectations which could not be met, experts feel.
