Youth jobless in industrialised Gujarat?
Today, Gujarat is the most industrialised state in India, but job creation has not kept pace with its rapid development. National Sample Survey of India figures show that in the last decade, there has been zero growth in employment in the state. So, as the state heads to elections, it will be a challenge for Chief Minister Narendra Modi to create 30 lah jobs in the state - a promise he has made in his manifesto.
