In a shocking incident, Hisar police in Haryana killed a 22-year-old Kuldeep in a case of mistaken identity on Sunday night. Hasi police of Hisar district were looking for a notorious gangster near Bhiwani. As part of the search they stopped two youths on a motorcycle who were allegedly drunk. When they saw police stopping them, the boys tried to run away.
