'Proud Hindu' Rishi Sunak Visits Baps Temple In London

UK PM Rishi Sunak visited the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir alongside his wife Akshata Murty on June 30. He also spoke about Hindu faith, calling it a source of inspiration and comfort. The UK PM sought blessings ahead of the British general election, and also got engaged with the community. He was observed sharing a light-hearted moment with a fellow Indian and asking for her blessings. Earlier during the G-20 summit in 2023, Rishi Sunak had also visited Delhi's Akshardham Temple to offer prayers.
