Sputnik V is made from two weakened human adenoviruses that cause common cold.
It is a 2 dose vaccine to be given at a gap of 21 days.
Both doses use different formulae and cannot be interchanged.
Sputnik V has shown an efficacy of 91.6%, says Russian Direct Investment Fund (based on initial results of Phase-III trials).

Sputnik V needs to be stored at -18 degree Celsius in its liquid form.
It can be stored at 2-8 degree Celsius in dry form in any refrigerator.
