Bicep curls
One of the classic exercises to build muscle mass in your arms. Take a dumbbell and curl it while tucking the elbows in.

Hammer curls
Akin to bicep curl, hammer curls target your biceps but this time a neutral grip is used.

Tricep dips
 Sit on a chair or bench, hands gripping the edge. Slide off, bend elbows to lower your body, then push back up.
