In a first, Abu Dhabi is now home to the first owl cafe in the Middle East

The Boomah cafe houses nine owls from different parts of the world, including Brazil, Alaska, India, and Canada

Visitors can hold the owls and interact with them under the supervision of trainers

The cafe also has an entry fee, which is 70 Dirham (about Rs 1,595) for adults and 50 Dirham (Rs 1,139) for children

The cafe gained popularity after various videos of the unique experience went viral online

Cafe owner Mohamed Al Shehhi says "the wellbeing of the owls comes as the top priority for the cafe"

The eatery opens at 2 pm every day, allowing the owls enough rest all night and all morning, according to Mohamed
