Yes, an overseas Indian or Non-Resident Indian is eligible to vote from the address mentioned in their passport.

Eligibility Criteria
• The individual must be 18 or above.
• They must not have acquired foreign citizenship.

How to enroll
• Fill Form 6A online at https://voterportal.eci.gov.in/ and upload the requisite proofs.
• Alternatively, you can download Form 6A from ECI website and sent it by post with self-attested documents.

How to Vote
You will be allowed to vote in person at the polling station if you show your original passport.
