China's Ice and Snow Festival has captivated tourists with its enchanting fairy-tale ice sculptures

It's part of an international ice and snow festival that takes place every year in Harbin, China

It has been organised at sprawling 810,000 sq metres park and features 250,000 cubic metres of meticulously crafted ice, as per Reuters

This year the festival also bagged the Guinness World Record for being the world's biggest temporary ice and snow theme park

It took more than 10,000 people and almost a month to finish all the ice and snow sculptures and facilities, the GWR said

Over the New Year holidays, the festival park received over five times more visitors than a year ago at 163,200 people

The average amount of people visiting the park daily also increased significantly to around 30,000 this year
