The International Labour Organisation (ILO) was recently released the list of top 8 countries in the world that have the longest working hours

Bhutan topped the list with the most amount of working hours in the world. Employees work for roughly 54.4 hours per week

United Arab Emirates took the second spot with employees work 50.9 hours per week to drive their economy

Congo is at number three with employees working for 48.6 hours per week

In Qatar, employees have an average work week of 48 hours

Mauritania took the fifth spot with employes working for 47.6

Followed by Lebanon with an average work week of 47.6

India made it to number 8 on the list with 46.7 hours per week. The data also revealed that 51% of India's employees work 49 hours or more per week
