Indian Nurses Released in Iraq: 'A matter of Immense Joy, a Great Collective Effort'
46 Indian nurses held captive in war-torn Iraq have been freed by the Sunni militant group ISIS and are on their way home. The nurses, who will take a flight to India from Erbil airport, are expected to reach India by tomorrow morning.
  • They (Indian nurses in Iraq) are all safe, they have been given food. This is a humanitarian issue, no question of credit.
