It is unfortunate that Arvind Kejriwal has resigned, says Anna Hazare

Arvind Kejriwal today resigned as Delhi's Chief Minister after his anti-graft Jan Lokpal Bill was stalled in Delhi legislature.
- Kejriwal knows he can't fulfill the tall promises made by him...so running away from responsibilty
